I should also mention that this server is running on a VMware VM. I'll try to reproduce the problem installing onto bare metal and see how it goes.
I can also try updating the OS and see if I can bring the MySQL version up to 5.1.

OK, here's the port variable from MySQL: | port | 3306 | I've applied the workaround and restarted PacsOne and here's the log: Fri Apr 25 00:27:41 2008 INFO - Server Process [6800] Initialized as AE Title: [fzpacs02] Fri Apr 25 00:27:41 2008 INFO - Server Socket: 4 created successfully Fri Apr 25 00...

OK, tried again with a fresh install of CentOS 5.1 and PacsOne 5.1.4. Installed Apache, PHP and MySQL with the OS. Installed libtool and gcc packages after OS has been installed. Running install.sh is fine up to the point where the installer offers to create the PacsOne user profile and then this ha...

What was the resolution for this issue? I'm running into a similar problem installing PacsOne Premium 5.1.4 on CentOS 5 with MySQL 5.0.22. In our case, the default socket path is correct but we're still getting access denied errors on the installer. Have tried logging in using the mysql command-line...

OK. Does PacsOne server require the libraries or is it only the installer that requires them? We managed to get the installer to run and the server started after installing the latest glibc and libstdc++ RPMs and forcing rpm to skip dependency checks. The plan is to roll back to the offical RHEL4 ve...

Trouble installing PacsOne 5.1.3 on RHEL4
Having trouble installing PacsOne 5.1.3 on RHEL. Installation falls over stating that libstdc++.so.6 (GLIBCXX_3.4.4) required by Setup.exe could not be found. It looks like the dreaded mismatch in libstdc++ libraries again. Updating libstdc++ on RHEL4 is not a simple matter. Is there anything you ca...

That was an excellent lead. Found a programmatic setting in the toolkit that caused the toolkit to include the UID in the responses so PacsOne now successfully receives C-ECHO and MWL C-FIND responses from dcm4che. Thanks for your help! For anyone else who has the same problem, include this line of ...

Upgraded the toolkit to the latest version (dcm4che 2.0.12) and still no go.
Here's the dump from recvResponse():
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Here's the dump from recvResponse():

Ok, it's been a while since your reply to this thread, but I've only just now been able to get back to this issue. I've installed PacsOne 5.1.2 and done the same test. However, I still get the same error. I've added the dump statement to the recvResponse() function and get the same dump (which is ex...

I've got a similar problem but not just with C-ECHO. PacsOne MWL C-FIND does not like the responses produced by dcm4che 2.0. The instructions above were followed and I get the following data table on a C-ECHO response but I can't work out what it means: 0 0 0 36 1 3 0 0 0 0 4 0 0 0 28 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 ...
