PacsOne.exe isn't running.

I din't find any license.dat file in pacsone directory. I have mailed to ipconfig details to pacsone@pacsone.net

They are matching.

The antispam code in the session file is not matching the code that I enter.
I notice that the code is of the immediate next session.

FOr example, when I entered 1280 , session file showed
antispamcode|i:1000;

This is seen on the next login screen.
