I had a copy of the license that you emailed me on my desktop. That was how I was able to reinstall and get both. I thought it is date coded with the same expiration date so that was what we are supposed to do. Do I need to email you to get a new one if I reinstall?. Can you tell me why no log is be...

I uninstalled and reinstalled Pacsone Premium. I get both Pacsones showing up in task manager, and can ping efilm and kpacs as well as ping pacsone from them. However I can not send study to pacsone.
