Reading the features list of the 6.4.2 version, I dont see any way of adding a unique field via PACSONE after the image is acquired to enable ad hoc access by a nonreferring doctor.

Thanks for the link to the latest version but I need to know if the backup server with 5.1 will fix this otherwise there is no point in deploying the backup server- will need to do some work on it beforehand.

We have backup server running version 4.01 and there is the same error. We are thinking of deploying second backup with version 5.1 to overcome this. Will this work ?

Thanks for that response, but this is a new phenomenon since we upgraded PACSONE to the latest version. It usually manifests when there is another modality study on that patient. Is it possible that Pacsone is forcing things differently?
