PacsOne Server

My main user for our MySQL server is root, so I log into PacsOne as root. But during the PacsOne Install it wouldn't let me use root, so I made a PacsOne user during the install. Now when I Auto-Route images they send as PacsOne, not root. How can I change this?

We are using v5.1.4.

All our log files are in E:\PacsOne\Log\BooneAE. The regkey LogDirectory points to E:\PacsOne\log. But if I go to Today's Log in PacsOne, then I get:

Log files: "BooneAE/PacsOne-Tuesday.log" does not exist!

The log is clearly there. Not an urgent issue, but a pain none the less.

I installed PacsOne to E:\PacsOne, and the logs to E:\PacsOne\log.

Should the regkey point to E:\PacsOne\log or E:\PacsOne\log\${AETitle} ?

Curoiusly, has any thought been put into this? We are having issues right now where we're not sure if everyone is pumping too much data into the server all at once or if our forward point is failing, but this would provide good troubleshooting help. Knowing the connections into the server, etc.

Information we would want to see would be: Patient Name | Source AE | Destination AE | Date Performed | Date Received Any other information could be looked up in PacsOne, but this would allow us to monitor transfers and let the radiologists know what is going on when they call looking for a study. F...

Other software we have used, such as RadWorks, have visual element that is reassuring. We can see which studies are going across, how far they are progressing, and what is in the queue. Reloading a webpage with 5000+ completed transfers and another 4000 waiting queue is a huge hassle to reload every...

Actually we installed everything from the zips and it didn't work. So we ran the MSI over the unzipped files and it worked.

My boss figured it out last night. He reinstalled PHP using the installer, not the zip files and installing by hand, and it started working.

Has anyone successfully setup IIS6, PHP 5.2, and MySQL 5 up for PacsOne usage?

We have them all setup and configured, but I can't get Imagick and MySQLi to be recognized on hello.php.

I have php.ini in the php folder. When I move it to C:\Windows the web server stops loading anything.

That's how I knew it was (0010,4000). I found the information fields, and they had the patient history in it. But the (0010,4000) doesn't seem to be moving past our PacsOne box. I'm going to do some more testing with a false study.

In the description column, it says unknown. But I do see the sent data in the third column of the DICOM table. Can I edit something to define (0010,4000) as PatientComments on the information page? Also, this information doesn't seem to be making it to our Integrad PACS, any suggestions?

I called the sending radiology tech, and they told me they put patient history in the PatientComments field (0010, 4000).
