PacsOne Server

I understand that part. now i am trying to send images from acuson into pacsone. I know Acuson supports that. but i am not able to get it to work As you indicated in the prior post on July 14, the acuson device does not support the Dicom Query/Retrieve SOP classes as a SCP, so you cannot query/retri...

I am not worried about being able to query/retrieve from pacsone. I dont mind if i have to send images from the ultrasound. i just need a working PACS. checked with Siemens Tech support. they said..CV70 is not SCP ..i would have to initiate the transfer from the machine. i looked at the Dicom que log on cv70..it says "TCP can not co---" that is all i could see

after talking to siemens tech support, this is what i have now. They said cv70 acts as SCU not SCP so i would have to initiate transfer from the machine into pacs. it also has a commit storage feature. which i have not activated. i can ping and echo from pacsone .can only ping from acuson cv70 . ech...

just to add here.. i have confirmed multiple times the AE information present on both pacsone server and acuson. I can ping ultrasound from pacsone and vice versa. The port that i put in during pacsone install is different from what is set up for AE. I cant ping if i use same port # . the echo machi...

To answer your question, i want pacsone server retrieve images from acuson cv70 .

it seems that acuson cv70 supports both SCP and SCO. I found that in this Siemens document.

So does this mean, pacsone may not be compatible with my machine or that i would need to initiate the transfer from the CV70

I am confused... are you saying that pacsone would require input modality to act as a client..SCU?
