lossless jpeg

Pacsone does not seem to support lossless JPEG. That would be very nice.

To clarify,
Sending DICOM to pacsone and forwarding to other DICOM systems does not utilize jpeg. It would be a lot faster with lossless jpeg...
I realize that the web server does...
