It would also be nice to have a log to help troubleshoot any dicom issues.

PacsOne does log quite a lot of information to a rotation of 7-days worth of logfiles, by default the log files are stored under the 'log' sub-directory of your PacsOne installation directory.

The default logging level is "Information". If you want to see more debugging information logged to files, you can change the 'LogLevel' value of PacsOne registry settings under the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\RainbowFish Software\PacsOne\

from the default "Information" to "Debug", then restart PacsOne Server service.
