How to start the pacs one server?

Post by Bushranger » Sun Nov 14, 2004 4:13 pm

I am now testing the basic version of pacs one.
I installed myql server version 4.1 and created a dicom database with help of the readmefile. After that I installed the paceoneserver without any probs.
But how can I get it running. A double click on the symbole oft the pace one server datafile comes with a runtime error .
What did I do wrong? Well, I am not a great buff in sql or pacsone, may be my questions sound simple, but I don t know what to do at the moment.
Do I ve to install the apache server?

PacsOne Server is started automatically after you finish the installation, and it will start automatically every time you reboot your server since it's configured to run as a service.

Since PacsOne Server is running as a service, unlike the normal desktop programs, all the interaction and controls are performed from the PacsOne web user interface, if you have Apache, PHP installed successfully by following the PacsOne Server Installation Guide:

Also you may want to install MySQL 4.0 instead of 4.1.
