Linux, and (brace yourself ... ) Netware, which now also has PHP and MySQL binaries available
Darwin/Mac OS X

I'd love to see a freeware DICOM server/PACS/web server combination available for Darwin/Mac OS X since I don't think there's one currently available. Apache, PHP, and MySQL are all available, but I don't know if there would be enough demand.

I guess it is probably the Pacsone executable that covers the dicom send/store actions. It think it is written for a 32 bit windows environment ( Am I correct here? )
The rest should indeed be not much of a problem IMHO, because it originated from li/unix based systems.

Linux had limited support for multi-threaded applications until recently, where the POSIX Threads and Real-time Extensions have been added to the 2.5/2.6 kernel. However, there is still a few OS features missing from Linux but supported in Win32.
Anyway, the Linux version is still on-target towards the scheduled year-end release, based on our current progress.
