PHP5.04 download bug

When I load images bigger then 2 MB the zip file is
demaged.
I tried to fix the problem and have made an update with
the fixed version from php5.04,but the problem still continues.

please tell me how to fix this problem and where I can get
the upgraded files for this problem.
I am using XAMPP with php 5.04 and pacsone server 3.14

According to the bug report database in www.php.net, this bug has been fixed for PHP 5.0.4, so if you download and install PHP 5.0.5, this problem should be fixed in that release.
