PacsOne can no longer receive studies.

I can query other servers from PacsOne, but I cannot “Move”
I can ping all of my other servers, but I cant not send to them.
I can ping PacsOne from my servers but I cannot send PacsOne Images.

All of this seems to have started after I added a new database to PacsOne.

Looks like you're adding a new PacsOne Server instance. If so, make sure your current license supports multiple server instances.
