Pacsone,
We have been using Pacsone Server 3.1.7 for over a year now and have had much success. Recently, the clinic added a new Toshiba MRI and we have experienced a problem with the images from this modality.
The images at the MRI scanner are acceptable with no sign of this problem. The problem surfaces when images are sent to Pacsone, then retrieved to eFilm (mostly for printing purposes). At eFilm, a new line of text exists that did not exist on the MRI scanner. This line of text reads as follows:
B:SE2D ROW, IMAGE NUMBER X
where X = the actual image number.
This line of text often covers some actual anatomy in the image.
Any ideas as to where to begin diagnosing this problem?
Thanks for any help.

Toshiba MRI Image Problems
This may be a simple matter of the MRI scanner has chosen not to display the overlay text, while eFilm has chosen to do so.
Check with the tech support of the MRI scanner and see how to configure it to display the overlay text.
PacsOne Server by itself does not modifiy received images, so if eFilm can display the overlay text from the images pulled from PacsOne, then they are part of the images stored in PacsOne, and it's just a matter of whether the viewing application (eFilm or the MRI scanner) chooses to display it or not.
