PacsOne Server Basic Edition and Win server 2k3

I keep getting errors with the pacsone service on windows server 2003..

"Faulting application PacsOne.exe, version 1.0.0.13, faulting module PacsOne.exe, version 1.0.0.13, fault address 0x0002c14e."

Anyone knows why? it was working fine on windows server 2000 i tried putting it in compatibility mode but continue with same error..

HELP PLEASE!~:)

Unfortunately the Basic Edition of PacsOne Server is no longer being maintained due to our limited resources, so your best bet would be to upgrade to the Premium Edition of PacsOne Server whenever possible, or switch back to Windows 2000 where the problem does not exist.
