Pacsone not running properly after applying license

Post by MBIXray » Fri Jun 13, 2008 3:38 pm

Hello ,

the other day i was adding AE titles to my remote DICOM AE's. I was having all kinds of problems and noticed that none of the AE's i had setup were working. After checking the log file, i noticed it said something like :
You have reached your AE limit. Please purchase a new license.

At the top of the page it says AE limit :10 AE Titles.

I only had 6 or 7 defined at the time of receiving these errors.

After that i tried re-applying my License and now Pacsone will not even run properly (only the one process runs)

Is there a way i can check that Pacsone took the License properly.
The other question, when i have received my license.zip from you you say do not rename or delete the existing license file, do you mean overwrite whatever is in the folder with what you send in the zip file?

Please help , I can send Ipconfig and license if needed to check..

You can send the current license file (license.dat) under the directory where PacsOne is installed to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net, along with the output text of the following command run from a command shell on this server:

1. If you are running Windows, type:

C:\>ipconfig /all > ipconfig.txt

2. If you are running Linux/MacOS, type:

$ uname -a;/sbin/ifconfig

We'll then be able to check if the license is valid and if it matches with your host configurations.
