Using the Premium version 3.1.7 of PacsOne Server and we are receiving an IoCompleteCallBack error when receiving CR images from a GE PACS system.

Is there some problem with the images. It seems to only happen when receiving CR images.
IoCompleteCallBack on image receive
Version 3.1.7 is too out of date (more than 3 years old).
Our recommendation is to upgrade to the latest version (6.1.3) of PacsOne Server at your earliest convenience, which should not have this problem. Or you can check by installing the latest version (6.1.3) of PacsOne Server on a test PC, then send the same images from the GE PACS to the latest version of PacsOne Server, and see if the same problem exists or not.
