These logs suggest that you are currently limiting the maximum number of simultaneous outgoing connections to the arquivo AE to one (1), which means PacsOne Server will not establish more than 1 simultaneous connection to this AE at any time.

BTW, version 3.1.x is quite out of date as it's more than 3 years old. We recommend upgrading to the latest version 6.1.3 at your earliest convenience in order to get all the bug fixes as well as new features.

Done and Acknowledge

Hi pacsone,

Thanks for your reply, but at the moment we want to work with this version because it's a clinical without so request and needed of software, but one thing happend pacsone is always writing to log make them huge.
the last night he generated 7 log with 100mb so my question is How could stop this instruction to be written on the lo, even I tried increment the connection if goe to 10 same problem to 20 same problem to 30 same problem (and other machine that is receiving the images goes down).

That's the real problem.

But thanks anyway

1 To adjust details for the logging level of PacsOne Server, you can edit the following Registry value:

Code: Select all

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\RainbowFish Software\PacsOne\${AeTitle}\LogLevel
Set the logging level to Information (default), or Error (least verbose and logs errors only) to make PacsOne Server log less details, and restart PacsOne Server.

2. It seems that there're large number of routing jobs being queued up because the destination AE has gone down or crashed. So maybe you should investigate why the destination AE has crashed, as PacsOne Server won't be able to complete the queue any faster if the destination AE was not running to receive the routed images.

Thanks once again for your advice pacsone.

But it's weird when the destination AE is receiveing images from other stations and even from a pacsone 6.1.3, and it dosen't appear to be crashed, one thing is for sure the source of AE title has much jobs to sent it , probably with autorouting this could be a problem in this version of pacsone.

But thanks for the tip about the logs.

You seemed to suggest the remote AE has crashed here, is that correct? If not, what happens when you increase the Maximum Outgoing Connections to that destination AE to 30 or more?

That's correct

Hi pacsone,

Once again thanks for your reply,

if you increase to 10 connections there is no problem
If you increase to 20 connection there is a slow down to transmit
If you increase to 30 connection there is a cut of transmissiona to all station that are transmit, so if I stop the service the connections are restablished and going to transmit if I activate the service Pacsone the problem persist.

Thanks, once again

Last Chance

Hello,

One thing I noticed is that I saw in job status tthe queue incrementing but the exams are not dispatched to the other server, although tomorrow the exams from today are on the other server.
The question is why this version dosen't dispatch the jobs immediately?

Best Regards.

1. Make sure the destination AE can handle the number of simultaneous connections you configured, whether it's 10, 20, 30 or 1. Otherwise, you would see the automatic routing jobs queued up as you described if the destination AE was not able to receive that many images at the same time.

2. You should upgrade to the latest version of PacsOne Server Premium Edition (6.1.3), as the Basic Edition is no longer supported.
