Information displayed on Home Page

Post by rpayne » Fri Jan 14, 2011 3:51 pm

I have been running PACSONE for years, and always when you logged in or clicked the link for the home page PACSONE has always displayed studies received "today".

For the first time PACSONE is now displaying "10 most-recently received accessible studies:"

What would cause this? No changes to the server have been made.

If there is no new Dicom study received today, then the Home page will list the 10 most-recently received Dicom studies instead.

There are studies received today, if I do a search and set the date equal to todays date so far there have been 21 studies received today.

1. Did you search by Study Date or Received Date when you found 21 matching studies? Also, can you run the following SQL query from the MySQL shell prompt after logging into the PacsOne Server database from a local command shell:

Code: Select all

select * from study where DATE(received)=CURDATE();
2. Another thing to check is that are you logged-in as the same user when the Home page listed no new studies, and when your search found 21 studies received today? It may be possible that there were 21 studies received today but none of them are accessible to the username you were logged-in as (i.e., private studies).

Typing the command in the MySQL shell returns the command "Empty Set"

As far as the question as to logging in, I, as always, am logging in as the root username / password setup with full rights. Same login that Ive always used that would display everything received.

You also asked if I had searched by Study date or Received date, the search was for Study date, I have looked and do not see in PACSONE where I can seach by a Received Date

So far today I have 9 studies that show a RECEIVED date of 2011-01-17 (Todays Date)

If I go to TOOLS-Statistic Reports-Report on Studies Received- and type Todays Date (2011-01-17) the report returns
There is 0 studies received 2011-01-17 to 2011-01-17

Which page did you see these 9 studies showing the Received column as today's date?

Logging in a displaying the Home page, displays the 10 most recent received studies

If I do a search - Search by Study - Date equal to 2011-01-17 (todays date) right now it shows 61 studies and all 61 studies show to have been received on 2011-01-17 (today)

If I click TOOLS-Statistic Reports-Report on Studies Received- enter 2011-01-17 it shows 0 studies were received 2011-01-17

That's Search By Study Date you did, not the Received Date. But still the Received Date information displayed from the search results page does not look right, so can you send the screen-shot of the search results page to us (mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net)?

Also, what's the version of PacsOne Server you are running?

You should upgrade to the latest version 6.2.4 of PacsOne Server since 6.1.2 is quite out of date.
