Error without description

Communication between PACSONE and another PACS (Rogan Hyperarchive) sometimes results in an error ("find() failed: error = C-FIND Response:
"). The reason is not clear. We would expect a more detailed description of the reason leading to this error. However, the log (Tools - Today's log) does not mention this error and not even the association with the other PACS. Is there a way to find some more detailed information that can help us in resolving the reason for this problem?

1. What's the version of PacsOne Server are you running?

2. Did you get the error from PacsOne or from the other PACS? If it's from PacsOne, can you let us know from which page (a screenshot would be perfect) did you get the error?
