Import succeeds, images show stop sigh
Post

When I import a study from a mounted share the import succeeds. I do get a message, as the import starts, that there is no DICOMDIR present even though the file does exist.
When I go to view the study, all the images show a Stop sign. Error says the file does not exist. The image file is on the share and I can browse to it from the server console.
All folders and files have 666 rights applied.
Running Pacsone Server 6.2.4 on Linux. The share is a rw nfs share.
Thanks for your help,
Joe Siciliano

Can you click on the URL link underneath any of the STOP signs from the Image Thumbnails page, which will display the full path to the raw Dicom image file for that instance? Then you can check and verify if that file does exist and accessible on that server.

I have confirmed that the images exist. Do I need to change owner, group or permissions?

Yes, you need to make sure the security permissions for that directory where the raw Dicom image file is stored allow Read access to the user/group contexts of the Apache Web Server (http), which by default runs as "apache/apache" user/group accounts.
