How to enter bug information for PacsOne

When entering bug information for PacsOne, please provide the following information:
1. PacsOne Server version. (You can find PacsOne version by right-clicking PacsOne.exe executable and select the Version tab->File Version)
2. Apache and PHP version if you are having problem with the web user interface.
3. A headline or brief description of the problem and how to reproduce it.
4. If it's a PacsOne Server problem, you can cut and paste the related section(s) of the PacsOne Server log along with the bug report, but please do not cut and paste a large file to this bulletin board since the storage space is limited.
