I have installed pacsone 4.1.4 and on the home page, unread studies and browse pages i cannot see the show button to display images.

Another thing I have imported dicom images to the pacsone server but i cann't see them the only thing that is visible is when one goes to journals and job status.

this is what is in the job status

1. You need to install one of the Java applet viewers in order to see the <Show> button displayed in the PacsOne Server web pages. The 3 Java applet viewers either can be downloaded or URL-linked from our website:

http://www.pacsone.net/download.htm

2. If the Job Status stays at Submitted state and does not change, then it seems there is a problem with your license. Check if you see both PacsOne.exe and PacsOneSrv.exe running from the Windows Task Manager (CTL-ALT-DEL, Task Manager->Process List->Show All Processes). If you don't see both executables running from the process list, then your trial license is either missing or has expired.

I can only see PacsOneSrv.exe running in the Windows task manager but can't find PacsOne.exe? Let me send you the license.dat to pacsone@pacsone.net.

Am using the radscaper as a dicom viewer.

The <Show> button should still be displayed if you have any patient/stdy/series/image listed in the PacsOne Server web pages, even if you don't have a valid trial license. So make sure you have installed the Radscaper package properly per instructions from that package.
