Thank you for sending a sample report. Unfortunately, i'm getting the following error when i try to view your sample report;

Failed to find Root Content Item:
Attribute (80012): Value =

0008 0012 refers to the Instance Creation Date.

(0040,A040) exists in the sample report. But PacsOne still throws up the above mentioned error.

This sounds like a bug. Which version of PacsOne Server are you using?

Premium version 3.1.4

I'm using Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition. I'm also sending an attachment of the output of Hello.php to pacsone@pacsone.net

I'm also sending an attachment of the computer-system information to pacsone@pacsone.net. This is the system on which PacsOne is installed.

This has been confirmed to be a bug, and it has been fixed in the latest release (version 3.1.5) of PacsOne Server Premium Edition.

Many thanks for reporting this bug.
