but when checking the job status has not sent anything

this is the configuration of the DICOM AE

If the forwarding Job Status stays as Submitted, then chances are your current trial license is either missing or has expired. You can locate the trial license (license.dat) under the directory where PacsOne is installed, and send it to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net so that we can check if it has expired or not.
