send DICOM images to pacsone server

I'm trying to send DICOM images from other DICOM viewer and a team agfa but both send the images but from the pacsone not seen or not recive

1. Did you get any error indication from the sending application for sending the images, e.g., time out, error, warning, etc?
2. Did you check the PacsOne Server logs under the log/${AeTitle}/ sub-folder where PacsOne is installed, to see if PacsOne Server has actually received the incoming request from the sending application, and if there was any error encountered?
