Unable to use either Radscaper or Java applet viewer

Hello-

I get the following messages from the Sun Java Console:

Understand I trid Radscaper first:

There is no valid image to display.

Then Java applet:

DicomFile.IOException: http://localhost/pacsone/viewer.php?uid ... 314.224422

Quick questions:

1. Are you able to view the image thumbnail before you click on the <Show> button? i.e., are you able to view the same image from ImageMagick?

2. Is it possible for you to send a sample of such image in a zip file to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net for us to trouble-shoot this problem? You can anonymize the patient information if you're concerned about privacy.

Yes, I can see the images (thumbnails and full size) with imageMagick.

I am having this problem on the fresh install we made on our new server. The Java applet worked fine on the test server I have running on my laptop. The images on the new server were transfered over by exporting/importing so I would think that the images themselves would be ok.

In that case, can you send this raw image file:

1.2.840.113619.2.81.290.1023.11633.1.1.20050314.224422

in a zip file to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net?
