Pacsone installation problem

I need help on installinf pacsone premium. I do not have good knowledge of computer language. I installed My SQL 4.1 sucessfully. When install pacsone premium, I received the following error during setup

Error configuring MySQL database: dicom
MySQL error: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)
Please verify the specified MySQL Username and Password are valid

I did follow the README.TXT and set up the database sucessfully.

Please help

If you're installing PacsOne Server Premium Edition, please follow the instructions in the PacsOne Server Premium Edition Installation Guide:

For that particulat MySQL error you got, have you tried logging into MySQL directly from a command shell using the very same username/password? e.g.,

C:\mysql\bin>mysql -u username -p database
