Setup.exe - MySQL Error: Error upgrading database schema: 1

Hi all,
am getting following set up error.

Error configuring MySQL database: dicom
MySQL Error: Error upgrading database schema: 1
Please verify the specified username and passwrod are valid.

user name and password is valid as i am able to connect the database using frontoffice.

can u suggest me the fix for it.

Version : 1.0.0.5

add the mysql to your system path

;c:/mysql/bin

Or you can download the latest Setup.exe, which is version 1.0.0.11.

System path is the Windows environment variable PATH (not the user environment variable PATH) which can be modified through Windows Control Panel.

The latest version (version 1.0.0.12) can be downloaded from:

http://www.pacsone.net/download.htm

I checked the PacsOne logfiles after this error and it seems like the setup program does not find the path to mysql.exe.
So I just copied mysql.exe to the PacsOne directory - and everything went just fine...
