Upgrade Premium 4.1.2 to 4.1.4

I upgraded from version 4.1.2 to 4.1.4 and now pacsone will not start and I don't seem to have any logs. I used the following steps to do the upgrade:

Stoped Apache Web Server, Stoped PacsOne Server service (net stop "pacsone server premium edition"), changed to the PACSONE intallation directory and ran "pacsonesrv /unregserver", I then ran the new setup.exe file. When asked for the upgrade password I used the one origially sent to me with version 4.1.2.

The install seem to go well but pacsone is now not running. There are no pacs processes running. Did I miss a step?

Did you check if PacsOne Server is started? Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services->PacsOne Server->Start.

I email support and they had the same question. Pacsone is not listed as a service any more. Can I manually register it?

Run PacsOneSrv.exe as follows from a command shell:

Code: Select all

PacsOneSrv.exe /service
After that, you should see PacsOne Server Premium Edition registered as a Windows service.
