pacsone.php does not exist

Post by pacs123 » Fri Sep 28, 2007 7:07 pm

The installation says to load the file http://localhost/pacsone/pacsone.php

I have hello.php running fine, but there is no file called pacsone.php found in c:\program files\pacsone\php. So how can it be loaded on the webserver if it's not even included in the installation folder?

When I try login.php it loads and asks me for my login, but then says please enter the code shown below. There's no code shown below and no "submit" button anyway.

Am I missing something?

Thank you,

Looks like you may have an out-of-date manual, as the pacsone.php has been obsoleted since version 5.1.1 of PacsOne Server.

You should use the home.php to login instead:

http://localhost/pacsone/home.php

The manual I'm using is the "readme.txt" that popped up on the last step of the install. This makes me wonder if all those steps I followed are incorrect as well.

I just d/l this copy about 2 hours ago. Where is the latest version of PacsOne?

Here is what I d/l: http://www.rainbowfishsoftware.com/Premium-5.1.2.exe

When I run:

http://localhost/pacsone/home.php

it routes me to:

http://localhost/pacsone/login.php?mess ... One+Server

Which says:

PacsOne Server Login
Welcome to PacsOne Server
Select Database: TestPacs
Enter Username:
Enter Password:
Enter Anti-Spam Code From Below:

There is no submit/login button and no "Anti-Spam Code from Below" or anything else on the page.

Any ideas?

Ok. I redid the whole installation following the PDF Manual I found under c:\program files\pacsone\docs\manual.pdf instead of the one under c:\program files\pacsone\readme.txt and it seems to be working more now.

Definitely remove the "Readme.txt" file from the installation. Since it automatically opens on install it's likely most people will follow that.

Thanks for the help....

Thanks for the information, and we'll update the Readme.txt to reflect the changes.
