Trouble during PacsOne Server installations

Can I just edit the pacsone.ini file to change from Native to Dicom Part 10? I changed the entry from Native to Part10 & restarted. It didn't complain.

Yes, if you are running Linux or Mac OS X, that is indeed the correct way to change the file format for storing received Dicom images.
