Dicom error

Post by Bushranger » Wed Mar 19, 2008 7:24 am

Hello,

I recently installed the last version of pacsone.
Pacsone server, Mysql and Apache are running. But when pinging pacsone
with a dicom ping, I got a dicom error that fscockopen can t connect to 192.168.178:1234.
How can I solve that prob?
I can log in to pacsone, that all is working.

I doublechecked the installation and I found out, that pacsone.exe is not running when checking the process in the taskmanager.
And the licence.dat seems to be missing, there is only a licence.txt in the pacsone folder. Where is the licence.dat normally located? What has gone wrong through the installation process? And what is to do? New installation of pacsone?

P.S.
I ve reinstalled pacsone, cause the first time I had some trouble with wamp, so I deinstalled pacsone as well for making a complet new installation.
Now I ve read in the forum, that after a new installation the license.bat won t be created. So what to do now?

You can send a trial license request to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net with the output of the following command run from a local shell on your server:

1. If you are running Windows, type:

C:\>ipconfig /all > ipconfig.txt

2. If you are running Linux/MacOS, type:

$ uname -a;/sbin/ifconfig
