VPN Required?

When accessing Pacsone via WAN, would a VPN be required for HIPAA compliance, or is TLS built into the DICOM transfer? Thanks.

The Dicom TLS profile is not supported yet by the current version of PacsOne Server, so you will need a VPN connection if you want to secure the transmission between PacsOne and the remote AE.
