Post-Receive Image Compression

I'm trying to enable Post-Receive Image Compression for RemotEye. I'm using linux and do not see the ${AeTitle}.ini file as specified in the manual. Could someone tell me where this need to be declared?

The ${AeTitle}.ini configuration file should be located where PacsOne Server is installed. Without it, PacsOne Server would not be running at all. Check whether you've run the installation script as below after extracting the download PacsOne Server package:
