Auto Route Question

Is the source the pacsone server AE Title or the actual modailty AE Title the study was received from? Little confused here....since the studies are received by the pacsone server and I want to auto route I would imagine the source would be the pacsone server.

No, the Source AE Title is the AE Title of the Dicom application from which PacsOne will receive the images, and the Destination AE Title is the AE Title where PacsOne will forward the received images to. This is the same concept as the Source/Destination IP addresses in terms of IP routing.
