How to configure pacsone to ultrasound IP

I installed the basic version. I dont see how i can conect it to the echo. I dont see any configuration option.

Ok..I realized I have to fill in the info in AE page. However when I do that , i get this error "Table 'dicom.applentity' doesn't exist".

Can someone help with this.

The error means the PacsOne Server database was not configured properly.

What's the version of MySQL installed on this server?
