Not logging after Licence Installed

Post by mikesher@tkcs.co.za » Fri Apr 20, 2012 9:21 pm

I am trying to do some fault finding, but the PacsOne server is not logging anything since the licence has been installed.
I am running PacsOne Server 6.3.3
I have looked for the log files in HCLM\Software\Rainbowfish Software\Pacsone\$AETITLE, the only ones there are from the trial licence, nothing since the full licence is installed.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

The log files are stored under the "log/${AeTitle}/" sub-folder where PacsOne Server is installed, so you seemed to have looked the wrong place (i.e., the Registry key?) for the log files?

Not logging after Licence Installed

I seem to have been unclear in my previous message... I am looking for the log files in the c:\pacsone\log\$aetitle directory, which is the same location as the registry key which I was referring to in my previous email.
When I look at the directory there is only log files from the trial licence, nothing since the full licence is installed.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to find the log files?

1. Did you restart PacsOne Server after applying the full PacsOne Server license?

2. If so, did you check if you see both PacsOne.exe and PacsOneSrv.exe processes running from the Windows Task Manager (CTL-ALT-DEL, Task Manager->Process List->Show All Processes from All Users)?

I have restarted pacsone more than once.
I have even rebooted the computer

I have checked the running process list, and there is both pacsone.exe and pacsonesrv.exe

The Web interface shows that everything is licenced and working.

Can you export the following Registry key into a text file ("*.reg"), rename it with the "*.txt" filename extension and send it to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net?

Code: Select all

HKLM\Software\RainbowFish Software\PacsOne\
