Hi was wondering if anyone could give me help with this error, the anti spam code box never shows up either.

This means the ImageMagick PHP extension was not loaded successfully by PHP.

You will need to follow the instructions in Section 5.4 of the PacsOne Server Installation Guide (http://www.pacsone.net/install.pdf) to configure the ImagickMagick PHP extension, especially Section 5.4.10 Trouble-shooting ImageMagick PHP Extension.
