Im am getting the dreaded "The Application failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect" . I ran a trace and this is my log:

Installation issues running setup.exe on Windows Server 2012
The error suggests the 64-bit version of the MSFT Visual C++ 2005 Run-time library was not installed as only the 32-bit version of the same library was found. So how exactly was PacsOne Server installed?
If you've downloaded the 64-bit version of PacsOne Server, you are supposed to run the downloaded self-extracting Installer which includes a copy of the 64-bit MSFT Visual C++ 2005 Run-time library package. You should NOT just run the Setup.exe Installer under the directory where you've extracted the downloaded package, because doing that will skip the 64-bit version of the MSFT Visual C++ 2005 Run-time library installation which was the source of the error.
If you've downloaded the 64-bit version of PacsOne Server, you are supposed to run the downloaded self-extracting Installer which includes a copy of the 64-bit MSFT Visual C++ 2005 Run-time library package. I did not run the Setup.exe installer separately. I ran the packaged download file.
When the installation is in process. I get the following error message that Setup.exe cannot be run.

Exactly which version of PacsOne Server were you trying to install, 32-bit or 64-bit?
Because the errors from the Windows SxS trace logs showed you were trying to install the 64-bit version of PacsOne Server, but the screenshot you just provided from the dropbox.com image showed you were trying to install the 32-bit version of PacsOne?
In any case, prior to the PacsOne Server Installer Setup.exe being started, you should see the Installer for the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Run-time Library being installed, either 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) depending on whether you've downloaded the 32-bit or 64-bit version of PacsOne Server. So did you see the MSFT Visual C++ Run-time Library Installer being run at all?
