After installation I've got login error with Not Authorized

After installation I've got login error with Not authorized to access this URL: http://localhost/pacsone/pacsone.php.

Any ideas?

Use the following test page to trouble-shoot:

http://localhost/pacsone/Hello.php

Most likely, your PHP.INI file was not configured properly, please follow the step-by-step instructions in the PacsOne Server Installation Guide:
