Is windows server 2008 supported?

There is a known issue with the older MySQL client DLL (libMySQL.dll) for Windows Vista and 2008 Server:

There are 2 workarounds for this problem:
1. Run the PacsOne Server Premium Edition as the local Administrator account, i.e., open Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services->PacsOne Server Premium Edition->Log On->Run service as this account, then enter ".\Administrator", instead of the default Windows built-in SYSTEM account.
2. Download the latest MySQL 5.1.x release, extract the libMySQL.dll from that package and copy the DLL to the same folder where PacsOne Server is installed (replacing the old version that comes with the PacsOne Server installation package).
