studys don't appear on pacson

I have connectivity between pascone and dicom eye but whe i store an study on dicom eye, it don't appear on pacsone!!

what can be the problem?

What do you mean by "it don't appear on pacsone" if the study is stored in Dicom Eye (a remote AE)?

but... if i store the studys in Dicome eye, remote AE, they should not be visible in pascone server??

If a study is stored in the remote AE (Dicom Eye, for example), and this remote AE supports the Dicom Query/Retrieve protocol, then you can define this remote AE in the Application Entity page of PacsOne Server as a Dicom Query/Retrieve SCP, then you will be able to query for this study stored remotely by clicking on the Query/Retrieve URL link displayed for this remote AE.
