PacsOne Server

I Installed Pacsone.
ImageMagic extension not working for the moment.

I create a template.doc (I notice that template does not work with .docx documents). I added "book marks" close to the patient name, id, etc. Saved the document.

Under Administrator account I added to the modality this template and send it a new study to Pacsone.

I opened Pacsone as a user account on a computer that have MS Word 2010, open the new study I sent on Pacsone and create a study note.

I see the transcripsionist legend and the botton but after press, it opens a new Internet explorer window but empty.

Someone have experience with templates?
Pacsone require "bookmarks" or "Fields" on the Word.doc page?
Or must be a World template page?

Do you have MS Word installed on the server where PacsOne Server is running? It's required for the transcription template.

I installed Office 2010 (Rusian) in the server (Win 7 Pro) with Wamp server (PHP 5.3.9 ; Apache 2.2.21 ; mysql 5.5.20) and I have also same Office in the remote computer.

I added the template using root account, then verified that is in the server.
Where the server must store the .doc document? in /attachment folder?

Must be a .doc or a template file?

In my installation this folder is located in a secondary disk (D:) not at the same root of the installation. Maybe this is the problem?

How must work? I see Pacsone open a webpage (http://host/pacsone/studyNotes.php) after press Download in Transcription Template of the note page.

I tested with Internet explorer and with Chrome and still DON'T WORK.
No error on PacsOne log server, no errors on PHP, but Apache show the following error:

Where DR REPORT is the template I uploaded using root>Tools>Transcripcionist

Looks like PHP has logged an exception error when trying to instantiate the COM object to run the Word template, so maybe it's not compatible with the Russian version of Office 2010?

Try installing an older English version of MS Word, e.g., Word 2007 or even Word 2003, and see if the problem still occurs or not. Also, can you send your Word template document to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net so that we can check whether it's valid?

I sent you the .doc by email.

I installed Office 2007 (english version) and still don't open anything on the web browser once pressed Template on the study note level.

I note that word documents containing the template I create appear on C:\ directory.

No error appear on Pacsone log.

Maybe the PHP version is not compatible with this feature?

You can try PHP 5.3.6 which we've tested against a Windows 7 English version with Office 2007 installation.

You can also check the Apache/PHP error logs and see if any error has been logged about instantiating the Microsoft COM object when trying to modify the pre-defined bookmarks in the Word template.
