Create new database

After the latest upgrade I am getting the following error:

Sat Feb 23 17:47:14 2013 ERROR - Exception error connecting to database!

I can login into MySQL with mysql -u$username -p just fine. I don't care if lose images/studies as we archive to a SAN. Can I just delete the current and add a new database?

You can simply re-run the Installer (Setup.exe) under the directory where PacsOne Server is installed, keep the same AE Title and database name, but enter a new MySQL username/password at the Installer dialog, then press the <Install> button to have the Installer create the new MySQL username/password for use by PacsOne Server.
