Clicking Forward, Modify buttons returns a blank page!

Hello,

I installed PacsOne Premium-6.3.7 on Windows 2003 Server R2 and for the most part it seems to be working. However after selecting a study when I click on "Forward" button in the home.php, I get an empty page. The other links such as Browse, Dicom etc.. seems to work correctly.

Any ideas what could be going wrong with the Buttons? Do I need any special settings in php.ini to get these to work?

This issue seems to be happening when I connect to Pacsone from a remote system. If I connect to PacsOne from localhost, it is working. Seems to be firewall or security related issue... but I could not figure it out. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You can check the Apache Web Server access logs ("logs/access.log" under the directory where Apache is installed), and make sure it had actually received the http/https request from that remote client.

As far as PacsOne Server/Apache is concerned, it makes no difference whether the client browser requests are from the local host or client PCs, so this seems like a firewall issue if the remote client browser requests did not make it to the Apache Web Server.
