Best supported packages on Windows 2012

Hi All,
Does anyone have a recommendation for best packages for a smooth install on Win 2012?

IIS w/ PHP or Apache w/ PHP?
PHP 5.4 or PHP 5.5?

If you are running 64-bit Windows version of PacsOne Server, then we recommend the latest PHP 5.5.x release + Apache 2.4 64-bit version. Otherwise if you are running 32-bit version, then either the 32-bit version of WAMP or any combination of PHP 5.4.x/5.5.x and Apache/IIS would be just fine.

If I understand the documentation, the Image Magick extension require the non-thread-safe version of PHP.

However, there is no non-thread-safe PHP support for Apache under Windows:

So it looks like a PHP 5.5 NTS with Apache 2.4 64-bit installation is not possible.

Am I correct?

No, it's just the opposite as the ImageMagick PHP extension included with the PacsOne Server packages requires the Thread-Safe builds of all PHP releases.
