Installing the free version

I wanted to try out the free version today. unfortunately I can't find a reliable source to download the required old version of MySQL for windows.
Suggestions where I might find it?
Any chance the free edition will be updated to support the newer versions?

The Basic Edition of PacsOne Server is no longer being maintained due to our limited resources, so we recommend switching to the Premium Edition of PacsOne Server whenever feasible.
