I uninstalled and reinstalled Pacsone Premium. I get both Pacsones showing up in task manager, and can ping efilm and kpacs as well as ping pacsone from them. However I can not send study to pacsone. Nothing shows up, even in the log. This is what I see in the log:
Mon Feb 13 00:00:05 2006 INFO - REPORT:
Running statistics report script: [C:/Program Files/PacsOne/php/dailyreport.php]...

This all I get even after kpacs says the transfer was successful. There is nothinh in job status or anywhere. I was seeing entries from kpacs before the uninstall reinstall. Any help?

1. If you've uninstalled PacsOne, the trial license would have been removed by the uninstaller, so it does not seem possible that you still see both PacsOne.exe and PacsOneSrv.exe running from the process list.

2. The symptom you're describing sounds like K-PACS was sending the image to something else. To verify this, you can stop PacsOne Server and try sending images to PacsOne again from K-PACS. If K-PACS can still send to PacsOne, then it is definitely sending to something else.

I had a copy of the license that you emailed me on my desktop. That was how I was able to reinstall and get both. I thought it is date coded with the same expiration date so that was what we are supposed to do. Do I need to email you to get a new one if I reinstall?. Can you tell me why no log is being created? When I reinstalled can you think of anything else that needs to be done. Again I was getting the files to pacsone before I reinstalled and I didn't change anything else. But now nothing seems to happen even though I can ping the AE.

You can check the following Registry value:

Code: Select all

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Softare\RainbowFish Software\PacsOne\$AeTitle\LogDirectory
Make sure it is set to a valid directory, i.e., the directory does exist and allows the PacsOne user account to create new files in that directory.
