PacsOne unable to start

I installed PacsOne to a server, worked on it, then found my license.dat was missing. I contacted licensing.info and they sent me a new one. PacsOneSrv.exe starts fine, but I can't get PacsOne.exe to start with the new license in the folder.

Check the Windows Event Log and see if there's any complaint from PacsOne Server.

Looks like your license does not match with your host configurations. Please send the
license.dat under the directory where PacsOne is installed, along with the output text of the following command to
mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net:
1. If you're running Windows, type:
C:\>ipconfig /all
2. If you're running Linux, type:
$ uname -a;/sbin/ifconfig

PacsOne.exe is now running, but DICOM Association still fails. I checked the logs and it says that the "Number of server instances exceeds current licensed instances "

This error means you have configured more than one instance of PacsOne Server, which have exceeded the maximum of 1 instance allowed for a trial license.
You should remove any extraneous instance of PacsOne Server configuration, by deleting the extra sub-keys under the following registry key:
Code: Select all
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\RainbowFish Software\PacsOne\
The sub-keys are named with the AE Titles assigned to PacsOne, so you should remove any extra sub-keys configured with the incorrect AE Title for PacsOne, and restart PacsOne Server after you've deleted the extra sub-keys so that there is only one sub-key left named with the correct AE Title.
