Premium server headaches

Post by fdisk » Tue Apr 27, 2004 3:48 pm

I have been running the standard edition of PACSONE and now want to upgrade to the PREMIUM edition but have run into problems with Efilm.

When sending studies from EFILM (1.9.3) PACSONE accepts multiple studies BUT when you try and retrieve more than one STUDY then the server falls over...you have to stop the service and restart.

Comment: If PACSONE can only accept one request from a particular AE at a time then there should be a failsafe mechanism to prevent PACSONE from working altogether.

PacsOne should be able to handle simultaneous requests from multiple AEs, both the Basic Edition and the Premium Edition.

What version of PacsOne Server Premium Edition are you running? Can you send the resulting PacsOne log file to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net?

Thanks.

Server version

1. The latest version: v1.0.0.0.14
2. Unfortunately de-installed the premium version due to HIGH frustration levels and re-installed the basic version. This does the same. Will forward log.

The above appear to be normal logs, what's missing are the logs after the SQL query.

Please send log file(s) to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net as they're too big to be posted here.
